Step 1: Beetroot Grate Karna
✔ Ek saaf beetroot ko dhoyein aur chilka utar kar fine grate kar lein.
Step 2: Dough Taiyaar Karna
✔ Atta me grated beetroot, haldi, mirch powder, jeera, adrak-laahsun paste, namak aur hara dhaniya milayein.
✔ Thoda-thoda pani daal kar medium soft dough gundh lein.
