How to Make Bhakarwadi? Traditional Maharashtrian Bhakarwadi Recipe in Hindi – Spicy & Crispy Snack at Home

Bhakarwadi ek crispy aur spicy Maharashtrian snack hai jo chai ke sath ya travel ke liye perfect hoti hai. Iske andar masaledar stuffing hoti hai jo spiral shape me roll karke deep fry ki jaati hai. Bhakarwadi Banane Ki Samagri

Aate Ke Liye:
✔ 1 cup maida (refined flour)
✔ 1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
✔ 2 tbsp oil
✔ Namak swad anusar
✔ Thoda sa haldi
✔ Pani (dough gundhne ke liye)

Stuffing Ke Liye:
✔ 1/2 cup grated dry coconut (sukha nariyal)
✔ 2 tbsp roasted til (sesame seeds)
✔ 1 tbsp khus khus (poppy seeds)
✔ 1 tsp jeera
✔ 2 tbsp sugar
✔ 1 tsp amchur powder
✔ 1 tsp red chili powder
✔ 1/2 tsp haldi
✔ 1 tsp garam masala
✔ 1/2 tsp hing
✔ Salt to taste

Bhakarwadi Banane Ki Vidhi

Step 1: Dough Banana

✔ Maida, besan, haldi aur namak ko mix karein
✔ Tel daal kar achhi tarah moin de (crumbly ho jaye)
✔ Thoda thoda pani daal kar tight dough banayein
✔ Dhak kar 15-20 minute ke liye rakh dein

Step 2: Masala Stuffing Tayaar Karna

✔ Sukha nariyal, til, khuskhus, jeera ko halka bhun lein
✔ In sab me masale (amchur, mirch, haldi, sugar, hing, garam masala) daal kar mix karein
✔ Stuffing bilkul dry honi chahiye

Step 3: Roll Karna Aur Cut Karna

✔ Dough se chhoti peda lein, patla aur lamba bel lein
✔ Masala evenly spread karein aur tight roll karein
✔ Roll ko 1/2 inch ke tukdon me kaat lein
✔ Har piece ko halka sa press karein taki shape na bigde

Step 4: Deep Fry Karna

✔ Kadai me tel garam karein (medium heat)
✔ Bhakarwadi pieces ko medium flame par golden aur crispy hone tak sek lein
✔ Tissue paper par nikal kar thanda hone dein

Tips for Perfect Bhakarwadi

✔ Dough tight hona chahiye, soft nahi
✔ Stuffing dry ho, varna oil me khul sakti hai
✔ Oil overheat na ho – medium flame par fry karein
✔ Airtight container me store karein – 15 din tak fresh rahega
