Achhi fitness na keval aapki body ko strong banati hai, balki aapki mental health, energy level aur confidence ko bhi boost karti hai. 1. Subah Ka Time Fitness Ke Liye Best Hai

2. 30 Minute Exercise Rozana

✔ Monday-Wednesday-Friday: Cardio (walk, run, cycling)

3. Diet Ka Dhyan Kaise Rakhein?

✔ Subah: Warm water + soaked almonds + light breakfast (poha, oats)
✔ Dopahar: Home-cooked balanced meal (roti, dal, sabzi, salad)
✔ Shaam: Fruit/snack + green tea
✔ Raat: Light dinner (khichdi, daliya, soup) + no food after 8pm

✔ Har din 2–3 liter paani piyein
✔ Processed aur oily food se bachkar rahen

4. Fitness Ke Liye Motivation Aur Consistency Jaruri Hai

✔ Apne goal likhein – weight loss, stamina, strength
✔ Fitness journal ya app ka use karein (e.g. Google Fit, MyFitnessPal)
✔ Kisi friend ya family ke sath workout karein – motivation badhta hai
✔ Har hafte apne progress ka review karein

5. Sleep, Stress Aur Recovery Ka Dhyan Rakhein

✔ 7-8 ghante ki puri neend lein
✔ Stress se bachne ke liye hobbies, music ya walk helpful hain
